Dear Exhibitors,

We are delighted to host you for the upcoming BIOHK2023 event on September 13th to September 16th at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. To ensure the success of the event, please download the exhibitor manual, which contains important information about logistics, regulations, and other details regarding your participation at BIOHK2023. 

We will soon be releasing the September edition of our biotechgazine edition, which will serve as the event brochure and guide for the participants. This comprehensive edition will require you to submit the following as an advertisement for our exhibitor manual: 

• One A4 size poster - We recommend that you include your company logo, a brief description of your products or services, and any other relevant information that you would like to highlight to engage with participants. 

Please submit your A4 exhibitor poster to us by August 04 2023. Please view the attachment for examples from last year as a reference. 

Additionally, HKBIO will be preparing souveniers for distribution for participants to collect at the registration counter. If you intend on bringing souveniers or promotional items to distrube during the event, we kindly request that you notify us 14 days in advance (by August 31 2023)  if you would like us to distribute your materials for you.
