Wholesale Frozen Pasteurized Crab Meat Collection

1) Basic Information

It's our greatest honor to introduce our Frozen Pasteurized Crab Meat to you, according to the different parts/sizes where the crab meat picked up, there are 4 sizes of crab meat we are offering now, from big to small, it's Colossal, Jumbo Lump, Jumbo and Lump. As the following pictures:

2) Main Processes

Although there are many steps and processes from crab to canned crab meat, however, the following steps are the most important.

Pasteurization

After the crab cut and washed, the crabs will be pasteurized. Pesteurization not only kills the microorganisms in the crab, but also preserves the original flavor.

Crab Meat Pick up

The Crab meats are picked by skilled workers. Compared to Machine, Hand-pickup not only make sure less broken shells but also improve the wholeness. The similar size will be placed on the same plate.

Crab Meat Canned

According to the size, filled the cans with crab meat, each can keeps 1LB/16oz/454g. And makes sure the number of small broken shells within 10 pieces.

Seal and Store.

Seal each can and store them on refrigerated room. The canned crab meats can be kept to 12 month at least after pasteurization.
